| 5. | Most of our model pictures on the website are provided by the supplier, and there may be a slight difference from the actual merchandise. Please inquire for the actual picture if you do have very high expectation on the item you going to purchase. |
| 6. | Please do not imagine the outcome based on the model picture without checking on the measurement and colors. |
| 7. | Most of the clothes in the website have not undergo the Washing Care test. It's advisable for you to treat it separately when you do the first laundry especially those dark color clothing. |
| 8. | When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods that you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed. |
| 9. | 9. To pay, you may transfer the amount to us by the payment method stated in our website - IPAY 88, credit card and manually bank transfer to our Maybank account. |
| 10. | After payment, buyers may inform us via email: sales@theonlinefashion.com by addressing the order number, payment method, payment amount, payment time and name of the merchant bank used. |
| 11. | Please email the receipt to sales@theonlinefashion.com for verification of payment has been made. |
| 12. | Please make payment within 48 hours after the order is placed. |
| 13. | Do take note that the order will be cancelled and rendered invalid should there be no payment made within 48 hours and if no receipt is shown. |
| 14. | If you have over paid to us, we are unable to refund the amount to you but subject to management approval. |
| 15. | We will start parcel packing every Tuesday evening and will send out your order on every Wednesday hence all payment need to be made by Tuesday morning. |
| 16. | We may delay your order delivery without prior notice due to technical or resources problem. For urgent order, please make note in your order form so we can do our best to carry out a special arrangement for you. |
| 17. | If happens that your ordered item is out of stock, we will try our best to contact you before sending out the parcel. |
| 18. | We used Skynet Worldwide Express as our courier company (www.skynet.com.my) and PosMalaysia. |
| 19. | Our standard delivery is 2 to 4 working days and East Malaysia is 3 to 5 working days. |
| 20. | After sending out your parcel, we will email you the tracking number. |
| 21. | If you did not received your parcel after 7 days, please contact the courier company directly or drop us an email at info@theonlinefashion.com. |
| 22. | If you've given us an invalid address or contact number and causing the parcel to be returned to us, we will not in charge on the shipping for resending the parcel. Buyers will have to pay us the additional shipping to resend the parcel. |
| 23. | We will check and inspect all the goods before it’s send out hence all the Goods sold are not refundable, exchangeable or returnable. |
